We have been in business in NZ now for 16 years, we were very early
email and web uses in NZ.

We have over 25,000 clients receiving mailouts from our company through
our email newsletter which has been running now for many many years.

Before that they received our mailed newsletter from 1989.

Brads job is to contact companies who are using products similar to the
ones we market and sell.

He is very good at his job and as you can see from his mail is open and
communicative.  He does use really email addresses and in now way is
endeavouring to market products that are commodities. 

We are a specialist company, highly technical, all our staff have
degrees and years of training and experience.

We only send emails as Brad is doing once, we do not repeat, if we do
not get responses from companies we assume they are uninterested, so any
spam detection devices will not find repeats from us and if there are
they are mistakes. 

Spam marketers continue to mail endlessly as you know.

Now the people who contact you about us and in a very small group who
take offence at what we are doing, we can also provide to you dozens,
hundreds, thousands and tens of thousands who feel the opposite.

What is happening in this case is a small group is trying to tell the
majority how to run their businesses.  These few have an unusual focus
that most do not share.

When the new Spam laws in NZ come in we will look very carefully at
these and adjust our business to meet any new requirements.

We have asked lawyers about our work and they assure us there is no
offence here and we are providing clear and clean transparency of our
business, or role and our work. We are in public domain with our work,
not using servers etc that cannot be traced.

A simple non response or a simple return mail is all that is required to
stop or start access to our huge technical support for companies
engineering staff.

At present we believe we are responsible business people.
