More spam from Mastec

Their Response

It seems this company sends out emails inviting people to
join their mailing list whilst advertising their services via
their emails. I have had a number of complaints about this
companies means of advertising themselves.
They talk about email ethics which involves spamming people
asking if they want to be on the list

Brad joined MasTec this year as a part timer doing great work on our DB.

He assits in keeping our large customer DB alive and healthy, a very large onward going project.

An even larger task, is to maintain our 25K+ email address list for the eNewsletter we publish each month.

His job also entails expanding this 25K+ list and he is in constant contact with corparation around Oceania, searching for development engineers, designers, researchers, technical teams etc who would like to receive the eNewsletter.

The MasTec Newsletter has been published for 15 years now. The Newsletter became the eNewsletter in 2000. Since 200, we have tried many various designs but now only send publication notifications to our 25K+ clients and they down load off our website or view from the website. This reduced email traffic burdens for us and the clients.

The eNewsletter goes to 40 countries and each edition is hot linked to dozens of websites worldwide with hypertext.

Brad uses email ethics of approaching each corporation with a request to send the eNewsletter to their professional staff and only after receving the clearance to do so, are names added to the list.

New customers and clients are automatically added to the list and can unsubscribe at any time.

We keep a active unsubsribe list that the main 25k+ list, is run across each edition, to make sure we keep it clean.

Brad's brief is to keep MasTec in a clean hygenic communication wise state with all corporations that are on our lists, causing good effects for customers requiring information and lessening any aspects of what some would regard as spam from MasTec to people who have no interest.
