These websites are link-spamming. Link Spamming is having no real content
on the website at all apart from links to other places. This gives the website
a high rating on alot of search engines andthey normally have google adsence
or alike advertising on them.
If these websites have google adsense ads on them as well, then they have been
reported to google as its against their T&C
Link Spammers will normally buy domains which have been used in the past (so people already go to the sites)
