Reported Site to FDA in the USA via online Form.

I contacted Tierranet (via online Support and talked to "Amber"
and asked if they owned the domain. They said they didn't and 
a Company called "Bazar Inc" did, and someone had made a mistake then
registering it. She would pass it on to an admin to get this
resolved and get whois details "fixed". Wouldn't give me the
real owner details and I would have to wait until the whois
details changed: Gave me Support Number of : 1091989

Contacted Tierranet(again online) and talked to "Amber". She said
that it had been looked at and nothing had been done and I have to
talk to Pablo on the phone. Commented that I will be contacting
the owner of Tierranet. (btw I cannot find who actually owns it
at all :-()

Contacted Domainz (NZ Registrar) who TierraNET registered the
domain via. They will try and contact TierraNET to get them
to get real owner details (Domainz are great guys)

Contacted Tierranet (again online). They had said the ticket had
been closed  10 days ago? and they had sent me an email (which I had not got)
and said something about it was due to a mistake and the domain
name was never registered and I could have my credit card reversed
if I wanted (WTF???). I asked them to open the ticket again 
Asked for a number of management so I could talk to someone up higher.
They would not give out any numbers and the only way to contact
someone would be to call the helpdesk during working hours.

The domain names have (as far as I can tell) false domain name registration details (Address/Phone etc) - and their Domain Name registrars hav been contacted about this.
