Spamming Details: Using a list of email addresses to spam people all
over New Zealand with his "deals". Alot of these email addresses,
people have never asked to be on these lists and even uses email
addresses which are over 7 years old, so getting permission from these
email addresses is impossible. Most Domain names have very false
details - names/addresses/phone/fax numbers are all wrong.

Being Saturday I cannot get complete answers as the key senior manager is
not available.
The position I understand is that this database (sent out by Direct Autos)
has been used regularly for the last four years without problems.
We have a signed agreement with Direct Autos that this database is made up
of individuals who are happy to receive these email promotions.
To take this further under our terms and conditions, I would need those
people you mentioned to send me an email at sales@nzpostoffice.co.nz
stating that they never signed up to the Direct Autos database or any
associated database.
I can then ask Direct Autos to respond.
I hope this will help to resolve the issue.
